DEW Soap, based in Singapore 🇸🇬, ships all products from our local warehouse. We offer reliable local delivery via courier Ninja Van SG, with orders typically arriving within 3 working days. A tracking number is provided for all purchases made through this website.

For international customers, we also ship worldwide for the following products:

• Handmade Soap

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping through trusted Standard or Express carriers.

Returns policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Due to health and hygiene reasons, products in the following categories are not eligible for returns:

• Handmade Soap

To initiate a return, email us at [email protected]. We will arrange for a courier pick-up. Kindly note that you will need to cover the shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
